2. File Retention & Privacy

Uploaded files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after their expiration period. We do not access, monitor, or share your file contents with third parties. We collect minimal metadata required to operate the service (file size, upload time, IP for abuse prevention).

3. Service Availability

Vortex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the service at any time.
